This page explains in plain words what happens to your information and what to expect from the free tools and the work. Questions? Email skylar@arcvanegrowth.com.
What I collect
- The video audit form. Your name, email, funnel link, and anything you choose to add. It is sent to me by email through a form service (Web3Forms). I use it only to make your audit and to reply to you.
- The instant reply demo and the sequence builder. The details you type in (such as your name, email, and the text you enter about your offer) are used to write and send you the sample messages. The text is processed by an AI service (Groq) to write the reply, and the email is sent through an email service (Brevo).
- The scorecard. Your answers are used to show your result on screen.
- Booking a call. Calls are booked through cal.com, which collects what you enter there.
- Visits. I use simple visitor statistics (pages viewed, countries, device types). They do not use cookies and do not follow you around the web.
What I do with it
- I use it to run the free tools, send you what you asked for, and follow up about it.
- I do not sell your information, and I do not share it except with the services above that are needed to do the job.
- If I email you about my services, every email will say how to stop, and I will stop when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete what I hold about you at any time. Email me and I will do it.
About the free tools and the sample messages
- The demo, the builder, and the audit are free and come with no obligation.
- Sample messages are examples written by AI. Read them before you use them anywhere, and make sure they fit your business and the rules where your leads live.
- Results vary. I can't promise a number of bookings or any specific outcome.
Working together
Paid work is agreed in writing before it starts: what I will build, the price, and how either of us can end it. Nothing is charged without your agreement.
Messaging rules
Texting and email to leads are covered by rules that differ by country. Setting up messages for your business, I follow your opt-in wording and only message people who agreed to hear from you. You remain responsible for having permission to contact your leads.
